An Obsidian knowledge graph over the assistant. Everything linked.
One note per person, project, and decision, all cross linked into a living graph. Meetings, journals, and brain dumps get routed in and wired to the entities they mention, so nothing gets lost and everything is one hop from everything else. This portfolio is basically that idea, turned outward.

Most of what I learn at work is context: who owns what, why we chose one approach over another, the decision from three months ago that explains today. That context usually evaporates. Here it accumulates instead. When I open a project note, everyone and everything connected to it is right there, and I can walk the graph the way a thought actually moves, by association. It has quietly become the part of my memory I trust the most.
