✦ Who I am
I am a backend engineer who ended up loving the whole stack. By day I help build the systems behind semiconductor defect AI at SixSense. By night I build tools for my own life: a second brain, an AI dev pipeline, a handful of apps for the parts of living I wanted to see clearly, and byhand, a workshop for learning the classic engineering books by building them, which is the one I opened up to everyone.
I think in systems, and I move toward discomfort. The two feel related.
✦ What I do
Design and ship backend services on a large Django and DRF codebase: APIs, async pipelines, vector search, deployments on GCP. I like the unglamorous, load bearing parts. The query that was slow. The race condition nobody noticed. The integration that had to be reliable. And I like owning a thing end to end, not being handed a ticket.
✦ Off the screen
Tennis since I was six. Badminton since Bangalore. Solo travel, which I started this year and can't stop thinking about. A Royal Enfield I am slowly turning into a road trip machine. And a jazz bar I want to open one day.
